Specifically, we offer Baileigh cold saw blades for Baileigh cold saw machines, which include the 225, 250, 275, 315, and 350 models. The model number of each machine indicates the maximum blade diameter it can use. For instance, the CS-225M model can take a maximum blade size of 225mm, and all Baileigh cold saw machines have a 32mm arbor.

We offer blades in sizes ranging from below 225mm to 350mm. Even though each machine has its maximum blade size, using a smaller-diameter blade can be beneficial in some circumstances. For example, companies that cut solid material may prefer a smaller blade diameter because it reduces vibration, increases rigidity, and minimizes the risk of blade breakage due to clamping or feeding issues.

It’s worth noting that all of our blades come in different thicknesses, including 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0. We recommend using thinner blades when cutting thinner materials, such as thin-wall pipes with a thickness of 0.0625″ and under. For heavy materials, such as solids or very heavy-walled pipes, we recommend using thicker blades.
